Cancellation Policy
Mothers Day Tea We’re so excited to welcome you to our Fermentation Event. Please take a moment to read our booking policy before reserving your spot. 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date (subject to availability). Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may send someone in your place. Please let us know their name in advance. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the event, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another session. 3. Transfers If you’d like to move your booking to another date, please contact us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled workshop. Transfers after this time cannot be guaranteed. 4. Allergies If you have any allergies or intolerances please inform on booking 5. Photography & Social Media We love capturing the foodie fun! Photos may be taken during the supper club and shared on our website or social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let us know when you arrive. 6.
